Kerstmis, dus heb ik twee poinsettia’s, ofwel Kerststerren (plant) gemaakt, natuurlijk
in wit en rood ;)

Christmas for me in person, so I’ve made two Poinsettias, in white and red, of course ;)
Ze zijn gemaakt in verschillende groottes in knoppen, bloemen
en blad, met de hand geknipt. Ik hoop dat je ook de verkleurende bladeren (van
wit/rood naar groen) kunt zien, want deze Poinsettia’s zijn maar 28 mm (wit) en
30 mm (rood) totale hoog, dus gemeten mét hun bloempot!

They're made in different sizes of buds, flowers and leaves,
cut by hand. I hope you can see the discolored leaves too (from white/red to
green), because these tiny Poinsettias are just 28 mm (white) and 30 mm (red)
in total height, so measured with their flower pot!

In werkelijkheid is de kleur rood mooier (iets donkerder), maar momenteel is er helaas te weinig daglicht, dus moest ik de planten met lamplicht fotograferen.
In reality the color red is much more beautiful (a bit darker), but at the moment there is too less daylight here, in The Netherlands, so I had to photograph the plants in artificial light.
Ik wil ieder van jullie bedanken voor de fijne reacties, die
ik ook dit jaar weer van jullie heb mogen ontvangen, heel veel dank! Ik zal een
poosje weg zijn uit de blogwereld en van Facebook, want ik wil deze weken bij
mijn gezin zijn en wat rust nemen om nieuwe inspiratie op te doen.
