Jarenlang heb ik ‘Schneewittchen’ rozen in mijn tuin gehad,
waar ik ruim 15 jaar van heb mogen genieten. Deze rozen beginnen ongeveer in april/mei
te bloeien en ze blijven dat doen tot diep in het najaar, soms ondanks nachtvorst tot half

Many years I've had roses in my garden, named ‘Rosa
Iceberg’, of which I enjoyed for more than 15 years. This sort of roses start
to bloom in the month April/May and they keep on blooming until deep in autumn,
sometimes until in the month of November, despite of a bit of night frost.

Toen ik vorige week bezig was om witte rozen in miniatuur te maken, moest ik dus weer aan deze prachtige rozensoort denken.
Last week I had to think again of this specific sort of beautiful roses, while I was busy making white roses in miniature.
Je kunt bijna niet zien dat deze rozen niet wit zijn, het
is meer crème wit.
You can barely see that these roses are not white, it's more
a cream color.
Dus ter vergelijking voor de kleur heb ik er twee zachtroze
rozen bij gemaakt, deze zijn nog niet af.
So, I've made two pale pink roses, they are not finished
yet, but just for comparison for the color.
